BEAUTIFUL WARDROBE RETURNS POLICY
Please note that Beautiful Wardrobe will happily offer a refund or a different size (if available) for items you may wish to return or exchange.
When returning an item(s) please be sure to gain proof of postage and a tracking number from the post office when doing so. Failure to do so may result in the item(s) being lost or delayed.
All returns will be processed within 14 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your items back to us. If an exchange is required please include details on the RETURNS FORM. Returns must be RECIEVED back no later than 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Returns must include a completed returns form (included in your parcel, click here if a new form is required)) failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return and subsequent refund.
Returns MUST be received in original condition as defined below:
- Tags still attached if received with them (items sent with tags are recorded as having them)
- No marks on items i.e. cosmetics.
- Any original packaging i.e. boxes, bags must be included
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will not be refunded and returned back to the purchaser so please take extra care when trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
Returning a Full Price Item
We will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item including any postage paid if applicable. Customers will be reimbursed postage when returning items that are faulty/damaged. Please allow 14 working days (Monday-Friday) for us to process your return request.
